The whole is a 12-page story by Mr. Lo Hartog van Banda, named “Dossier Vier Dozijn”, with strips by a variety of illustrators as a tribute to Mr. Martin Lodewijks for the 20th anniversary of Agent 327. One of the illustrators was Piet Wijn, who, with the strip “HO! STOP!!!”, also contributed.
Ho! Stop!!!, a three-page comic strip, was published in Eppo Wordt Vervolgd 1986-#37 and later in book form under the name Top Secret.

Eppo is a Dutch comic book magazine. The weekly magazine appeared from 1975, replacing the magazines Sjors and Pep. The name of the magazine comes from the eponymous cartoon character Eppo by Uco Egmond who was previously published in Pep.
The magazine did not always sell well and appeared under different names:

In addition to comics, the magazine featured educational and informational material in the form of the sections “EppoVaria,” “Klapper,” “Eppop” and “Eppo Interview. Eppo also contained puzzles and posters.
